Millions of homeowners are victims of Predatory Lending, Fraud, Steering, High Cost Loans  and more. You owe it to yourself to see if you have a good mortgage or you are a victim. The site will review a number of audits which are available that will inspect your mortgage and note for possible violations and errors.

It's important to understand that we represent the facts and not opinion. Unfortunately we have found some homeowners to be just as guilty as some of the banks. For example, we have seen cases where someone purchased multiple properties in a very short timeframe, they get a stated income loan and the income on the applications do not match. This is fraud committed by the borrower.

When it comes to mortgage lending, in most cases you have a servicer and the investor or lender. There is a huge difference between the two. The servicer is the institution a homeowner makes their payment too. The servicer may have initially been your lender, but most likely sold your loan and now their function is to collect the payment for the owner of your note. This can be very confusing, since most servicers are well known banking institutions.

SAMPLE AUDIT

A big problem we see is the lack of knowledge homeowners, attorneys and judges have when it comes to the rights of the homeowner and servicer. These servicers are trying to create loan modifications or even foreclose on a home they don't own. This is happening every day and it needs to stop.

Through our audit process you can discover who truly if anyone owns your note. In millions of cases the investor has lost the note. If you are interested in getting a free consultation, or would like to attend one of our weekly information Webinars, please fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page. A Case Manager will be in touch with you on the next business day.

We now offer audits for audit loans and credit cards. We have discovered issues with many servicers and collection companies claiming to be owners. Are you paying the right institution? Are you behind in payments? Our audits can provide you with answers.

Do you have or do you know someone with a Government Student Loan? Many people are having a hard time making these payments. We have a program that could possibly drastically reduce your payment, making it much more affordable. Visit our "Student Loans' page of this site for more information.
